‘Let My Church Grow’ is an experiential taster day exploring what it means to build an integrated approach to the formation of mission and discipleship as a culture, as well as developing suitable vehicles for community life and raising leaders. The day is led by Dr Nic Harding, founding pastor of Frontline Fellowship in Liverpool and Director of Kairos Connexions.
The focus of the day would be on mission and discipleship – understanding the needed paradigm change for the times that we are in. We would cover some basic mission and discipleship tools, as well as some deeper principles of community and family on mission. This day is both a standalone training opportunity and also a chance to see what it is like to step into a missional learning community that will walk you through the process of growing a discipling culture.
